Today was my first session with Winnie. I had a very weird health issue come out of nowhere (not sure if low blood pressure or low blood sugar, waiting to see a doctor) and she was amazing - couldn’t have been more calm and supportive. A great person to have around in a crisis - I’m just gutted that it happened during my first session!

Had a great appointment with you Winnie- loved the new exercises- great  advice on style and progression.
Look forward to trying it out - though I probably won’t be able to walk or raise my arms tomorrow :)
