Policy and Terms

**Booking & Deposit Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Rising Crow Therapies. A £25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Please note: Goldie adds a £1 booking protection fee to online bookings. This fee is charged by the booking platform, not by Rising Crow Therapies. **Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made after this time may result in the loss of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Appointments and gift vouchers can usually be rescheduled ONCE with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations will result in the voucher being forfeited. **Arrival & Timing Please arrive on time, not earlier than your scheduled appointment, as there is no waiting area available. If you arrive early, kindly wait outside until your appointment time.
