Policy and Terms

**Booking & Deposit Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Rising Crow Therapies. A £25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. **Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made after this time may result in the loss of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Appointments and gift vouchers can usually be rescheduled ONCE with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations will result in the voucher being forfeited. **Arrival & Timing Please arrive on time, not earlier than your scheduled appointment, as there is no waiting area available. If you arrive early, kindly wait outside until your appointment time. A short grace period may be offered where possible; however, late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at the therapist’s discretion. **Appointment Duration Your booked appointment time is fully reserved for you and includes your entire visit, from arrival and preparation to the treatment itself. Sessions will finish at the scheduled time. **Payment Payment is due at the time of the appointment. Sound Bath for 2 Persons (75 min)

A private Sound Bath for two is a personalised therapeutic session shaped around your needs. After a short consultation, I attune to each of you and create a sound journey with Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments. The vibrations encourage deep relaxation, help release tension, and support the nervous system in finding balance. The session lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes, with 50–60 minutes of sound immersion and time before and after for conversation and integration.

Available within Bristol. Price for 1 adult client. This private sound healing session takes place in the comfort of your own home. The price includes travel within Bristol city limits. Additional charges may apply for: • travel outside Bristol (£1 per extra mile, round trip) • paid parking (if required) • heavy setup (extra instruments/gongs, stairs, difficult access) Set-up and pack-down time (around 20–30 minutes) is included in the session.

In this Reiki and Sound Bath session, we begin with Reiki to help you relax and open up energetically. Lying comfortably, you’ll receive the gentle, soothing flow of Reiki energy, allowing any stress or tension to melt away.
