**Booking & Deposit
Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Rising Crow Therapies. A £25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

**Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made after this time may result in the loss of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. 

In the event of a no-show, the remaining balance will be charged to the payment method on file.

Appointments and gift vouchers can usually be rescheduled ONCE with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations will result in the voucher being forfeited.

**Arrival & Timing
Please arrive on time, not earlier than your scheduled appointment, as there is no waiting area available. If you arrive early, kindly wait outside until your appointment time. A short grace period may be offered where possible; however, late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at the therapist’s discretion.

**Appointment Duration
Your booked appointment time is fully reserved for you and includes your entire visit, from arrival and preparation to the treatment itself. Sessions will finish at the scheduled time. 

The maximum duration for a single appointment is 2 hours (120 minutes).

Reflexology (60 min)

TMJ Therapy® Level 1 - is a specialist treatment for jaw pain, tension, clenching, teeth grinding and restricted or uncomfortable jaw movement. It may also help with associated tension and discomfort in the face, head and neck.

Each session begins with a detailed assessment of your symptoms, jaw function and relevant patterns of tension. Treatment is tailored to your individual needs and may include myofascial release, trigger point therapy and focused manual techniques working with the jaw, face and neck.

The aim is to reduce muscular and fascial tension, improve jaw mobility and address contributing patterns beyond the jaw itself.

This is a signature treatment created from a blend of the most effective and relaxing techniques I use across facial therapy, massage and sound. The experience combines focused work on the shoulders, neck, scalp, jaw and face with relaxing massage on the feet and lower legs.

In a private sound bath session, you’ll relax as I create a soothing soundscape using a gong and other healing instruments, all tuned to promote deep relaxation. The gentle, resonant tones wash over you, helping to release stress, clear the mind, and ease you into a meditative state. 

This immersive experience allows you to unwind fully, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling restored and balanced.

1:1 Sound Bath (60 min)

A private Sound Bath for two is a personalised therapeutic session shaped around your needs. After a short consultation, I attune to each of you and create a sound journey with Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments. 

The vibrations encourage deep relaxation, help release tension, and support the nervous system in finding balance.

The session lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes, with 50–60 minutes of sound immersion and time before and after for conversation and integration.


Sound Bath for 2 Persons (75 min)

Available within Bristol. Price for 1 adult client.

This private sound healing session takes place in the comfort of your own home.
The price includes travel within Bristol city limits.

In this Reiki and Sound Bath session, we begin with Reiki to help you relax and open up energetically.
