Sound Bath for 2 Persons (75 min)

A private Sound Bath for two is a personalised therapeutic session shaped around your needs. After a short consultation, I attune to each of you and create a sound journey with Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments. The vibrations encourage deep relaxation, help release tension, and support the nervous system in finding balance. The session lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes, with 50–60 minutes of sound immersion and time before and after for conversation and integration.
