Rising Crow Holistic Therapies

**Booking & Deposit
Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Rising Crow Therapies. A £25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

**Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made after this time may result in the loss of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Appointments and gift vouchers can usually be rescheduled ONCE with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations will result in the voucher being forfeited.

**Arrival & Timing
Please arrive on time, not earlier than your scheduled appointment, as there is no waiting area available. If you arrive early, kindly wait outside until your appointment time. A short grace period may be offered where possible; however, late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at the therapist’s discretion.

**Appointment Duration
Your booked appointment time is fully reserved for you and includes your entire visit, from arrival and preparation to the treatment itself. Sessions will finish at the scheduled time.

**Payment
Payment is due at the time of the appointment. Accepted payment methods may vary.

**Health & Consultation
Please ensure you disclose any relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment. You will receive a text message with a link to an online consultation form, which should be completed prior to your visit.
