By booking with Whisker Workshop Grooming, you acknowledge and agree to our policies and procedures. Please visit https://whiskerworkshopgrooming.com/policies-%26-procedures for our full terms of service. We are not liable for any accidents or veterinary charges unless caused by our negligence. Clients are responsible for reviewing and adhering to all policies. All pets must be up to date on vaccinations, flea-free, and well-behaved. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to your service on the appointment day. Regular clients maintaining a 6-8 week grooming schedule may roll over their deposit for future appointments. Late cancellations and no-shows incur fees or forfeiture of the deposit. If the deposit does not cover incurred fees, the remaining balance must be settled before future bookings.
