Wellness Roots

At Wellness Roots, your comfort, safety, and wellbeing are always my priority. To help create the best possible experience for everyone, please take a moment to read the following:

• All treatments offered are complementary therapies and are designed to support wellbeing. They are not a replacement for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Before your appointment, you’ll be asked to complete a consultation form and share any relevant medical history. This helps me tailor your treatment safely and personally to you.

• In some cases, a treatment may need to be adapted, postponed, or declined if it wouldn’t be in your best interests. This is always done with care and your wellbeing in mind.

• Your informed consent is important. You are always in control and can ask to pause, stop, or change your treatment at any time.

• Some treatments involve working with sensitive areas. Your comfort, dignity, and boundaries will always be respected.

• To help secure your appointment, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. 

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full, as this time is reserved especially for you.

• If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to respect other clients’ bookings, with the full treatment fee still applying.

• Once a treatment has been provided, payments are non-refundable.

• Your personal information is always treated with care and kept confidential in line with UK GDPR regulations.

I had a 30 minute consultation with Nicola to discuss what my issues are, followed with a remedial massage to target specific areas. The service from Nicola was first class, very professional and a nice relaxing environment. The massage itself was amazing,  just the right amount of pressure that I like and I left feeling great. I have booked for my next session already and would definitely recommend her.

Lovely relaxing atmosphere,  I felt as though for one full hour the focus was on my experience, the blend of oils used felt great on my skin especially my face which can sometimes be a little sensitive.
