At Wellness Roots, your comfort, safety and wellbeing are always my priority. Please take a moment to read the following before booking: • All treatments are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. • You will be asked to complete a consultation form and disclose any relevant health conditions or medication. Treatment may be adapted, postponed or declined if it is not considered suitable or safe. • You are always in control and may ask to pause, adapt or stop your treatment at any time. Your comfort, dignity and boundaries will always be respected. • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required when booking and will be deducted from your final treatment cost. • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full. • Late arrival may result in a shorter treatment, with the full appointment fee still payable. • Payments are non-refundable once a treatment has been provided. • Your personal information will be kept confidential and handled in accordance with UK GDPR requirements. Targeted Remedial Therapy with Cupping: 90 Minutes

An extended treatment combining remedial techniques with cupping therapy to ease muscular tension, pain and restricted movement. Cupping gently lifts tight tissues, while hands-on techniques work more deeply into the surrounding muscles. The additional time allows for more comprehensive work across multiple areas of concern, such as the back, shoulders, hips and legs, without feeling rushed. Your treatment will be tailored following a brief assessment, focusing on the areas where your body needs the most support. Please note: Cupping therapy can leave temporary circular marks or discolouration on the skin. These are a normal response to the suction and typically fade within a few days, although they may occasionally take longer to fully disappear.
