Deposits may be transferable to another date or service if 48 hrs notice is provided. To avoid loosing deposit’s The online service allows you to alter or change your booked services by creating a log in or via your confirmation email. These services are on a variable basis which means they may change in certain circumstances such as fleas matting or muddy coats.

⚠️CANCELATION & NO SHOW POLICY •PAYMENTS/DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE however they are transferrable if 48hrs notice is provided. •CANCEL OR MOVE YOUR APPOINTMENT UP TO 48hrs BEFORE •LESS THAN 48hrs NOTICE ANY DEPOSITS HELD ARE LOST £20 off the missed appointment is also due before any new bookings will be approved where you will also need to leave a new deposit. In some Circumstances we may charge 100% of the appointment. IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE a £20 fee will be added if the dogs coat is in an uacceptable or matted condition. if you present your dog in an unacceptable condition on the day any Payments made are subject to additional charge If dogs are presented in a poor condition or If you think your dogs coat is matted please use the matting add on surcharge at booking stage from drop down menu. Payments & Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment 48 hours in advance using the link provided, your payment or deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. Notice periods of less than 48hours full payment is taken. Your deposit includes a small platform “booking fee” If you choose to avoid this you can pay the remainder in cash or card with no fees when your service is complete. No shows/ Cancelations

Deposits taken for your appointment in advance or at booking this is to prevent no shows or no notice cancelations. Your deposit or full payment will be transferable to a new slot only if we are given 48hours notice. If 48hrs is not given we reserve the right to keep payments made. Please note payments are non refundable only transferable if given 48hrs notice Any requests made for payment & not received for appointment’s not yet passed will be cancelled.

Missed appointments

It is important that you do not waste our time or mess us about with attending booked appointments If you forget or no show we are so busy that it is likely that we will not have the space or time to fit you back in. This is why its important to make a note of the time & date of your appointment’s in your reminders or calendars. We require 48 hours notice if you cant attend. We would ask if an appointment is missed that you pay £20 loss of income towards the wasted appointment that you booked. The salon does not offer dematting a shave down will be offered however this is an additional cost of £10 on top of the groom due to the risks involved,extra wear & tear & equipment damage it can cause. When performing a shave off we can uncover pre existing skin condition’s that you have not been able to see Matting & felting is a direct result of lack of brushing & maintenance. Under the matting. If your dog is presented to us in a matted soiled or unacceptable condition we will require to use more product electric water time & cause the dulling of our equipment. The groom would be subject to an additional charge of £20 We would advise you before we start of the groom or during. A shave of the coat would be offered to you or collection of your dog but we would still charge for the use of the slot & our time. If you feel your dog is in a poor condition coat wise please add the matting fee via the diary menu or we can do this at the end
