⚠️CANCELATION & NO SHOW POLICY •PAYMENTS/DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE however they are transferrable if 48hrs notice is provided. •CANCEL OR MOVE YOUR APPOINTMENT UP TO 48hrs BEFORE •LESS THAN 48hrs NOTICE ANY DEPOSITS HELD ARE LOST £20 off the missed appointment is also due before any new bookings will be approved where you will also need to leave a new deposit. In some Circumstances we may charge 100% of the appointment. IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE a £20 fee will be added if the dogs coat is in an uacceptable or matted condition. if you present your dog in an unacceptable condition on the day any Payments made are subject to additional charge If dogs are presented in a poor condition or If you think your dogs coat is matted please use the matting add on surcharge at booking stage from drop down menu. Payments & Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment 48 hours in advance using the link provided, your payment or deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. Notice periods of less than 48hours full payment is taken. Your deposit includes a small platform “booking fee” If you choose to avoid this you can pay the remainder in cash or card with no fees when your service is complete. Coat condition & matting fees

If your dog is presented to us in a matted soiled or unacceptable condition we will require to use more product electric water time & cause the dulling of our equipment. The groom would be subject to an additional charge of £20 We would advise you before we start of the groom or during. A shave of the coat would be offered to you or collection of your dog but we would still charge for the use of the slot & our time. If you feel your dog is in a poor condition coat wise please add the matting fee via the diary menu or we can do this at the end
