NO SHOW & CANCELLATION

Plz note in the event of no show or less than 48hrs cancelation we reserve the rite to collect full payment upon no show or no notice cancelations this means forfeiture of booking fee held & collection of remainder of service will be charged how & where possible
However your fees can be deducted from the overall service on the day of the appointment went ahead successfully. 

Clients are responsible for their own appointment’s cancelations or alterations via the self booking diary where you can create an account 
Any late cancelations or no shows forfeits any payments or booking fees taken.

Payments left are at risk if you fail to show by agreeing to the terms outlined you give permission to allow the business urban tails to obtain 100% of full payment or remainder of your services booked if you fail to attend or cancel within the notice period of 48hrs  
Please be on time as we can only hold your slot for 15 mins after that you may need to rebook & would forfeit the booking fee or payments made

We Require 48 hours notice if you cant attend.any booking fee or payments left are lost if the Appointment is missed.
We will seek claim 100% of the missed appointment.

MATTING

All of our service’s are based on the coat being in fair condition if it is in poor condition or matted a £20 surcharge may be added if the dogs coat is in an unacceptable or matted condition.
PLEASE DISCLOSE if your dog is matted or has pre existing issues as we need to allocate extra time If this is not done We will add £20 on collection of your dog.
 
We use sharp tools & your dog is essentially moving constantly we do not assume liability for any pre existing injury’s / condition’s or if an accident occurs due to the dogs behaviour every procedure possible is put in place to avoid this however we need to make you aware of this all the same.

our terms & conditions are found on our facebook it is important you’re aware of these terms as they are a condition of the agreement in which we agree to groom your dog.

The self service appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled via your account or confirmation email up to 48 hours before your appointment.
If we have taken advanced payment it is non refundable only transferable if we are given 48 hours notice.

✂️booking in advance & getting on a schedule is highly advisable

✂️Please be aware before booking each client is responsible for the management of their own booking alterations or cancelation via the booking diary  any services that any booking fees or payments taken are NON REFUNDABLE incase of no show however any fees held are deducted on the day from your overall service.

✂️booking fees may be transferable to another date or service if 48 hrs notice is provided at business discretion
To avoid loosing booking fee or payments The online service allows you to alter or change your booked services by creating a log in or via your confirmation email.

✂️if no no notice is given or you cancel with less than 48hrs to go we will claim 100% of the cost of the appointment which is in our terms & conditions agreement made available to you to agree too.

✂️I’m unable to use my day off due to other animal commitment’s 
Therefore If you miss your appointment at any point & is agreed to rebook you it would be at an advanced rate ie past 6pm would be classed at personal time therefore it would be an advanced rate.

✂️On the day Please present dogs dry & free from sand & mud fleas & kennel cough on the day to avoid a surcharge or being turned away.
Please be aware we do not offer dematting & matted coats will incur a surcharge

✂️Matting incurs a surcharge we dont attempt to remove it due the pain it inflicts & animal welfare act we will Offer a shave down instead which will incur £20 surcharge.
 
✂️all of our services are based on dogs in a fair condition and can be a variable basis which means they may change in certain circumstances such as fleas matting or muddy coats or in a poor condition.

•CANCEL OR MOVE YOUR APPOINTMENT UP TO 48hrs BEFORE 

•LESS THAN 48hrs NOTICE ANY Payments or BOOKING FEE’s HELD ARE LOST & WE WILL CLAIM 100% OF THE APPOINTMENT COST or what remains.

£15 booking fee to secure another appointment is also due before any new bookings will be approved.
In some Circumstances we may charge 100% of the appointment if you have caused us loss.

IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE

a £20 fee will be added if the dogs coat is in an uacceptable or matted condition.

if you present your dog in an unacceptable condition on the day any Payments made are subject to additional charge
If dogs are presented in a poor condition or If you think your dogs coat is matted please use the matting add on surcharge at booking stage from drop down menu.
Any moneys paid may also be retained if we have to abandon the groom for various reasons. 

Payments & booking fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment 48 hours in advance using the link provided, your payment or deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking.
Notice periods of less than 48hours full payment is taken.
If we need to abandon the groom we also have no obligation to return any payments made.
Your booking fee includes a small platform “booking fee” which legally we are permitted to do & we are letting you know before proceeding.
If you choose to avoid this you can pay the deposit & remainder in cash or card with no fees when your service is complete.

These terms are made available to view at booking stage which you agreed too.

5 star as always. Will's 1:1 handling is caring & gentle & Bella always comes out exactly as I want & like her to look. He is very experienced. Highly recommend. 

Will is so patient and kind to Freddie, who ia an old dog who doesn't see or hear very well but is very clever at wriggling about. The treatment room  is super clean, tidy and fresh smelling   Full marks to Will

My dog is very anxious and iwould not take him anywhere else other than Urban Tails, Will is fantastic with him. 

Ruby our poodle got a great cut she came out looking like a wee  princes 👸 Highly recommend Will

At the end of the treatment Naiya's coat was super shiny and perfumed of clean.
She was also very comfortable, she definitely felts safe and cared for.

Great first experience for my Yorkshire terrier puppy. Service took less than 1.5h and the dog came out looking fresh and "handsome ".

We took our 4 month Labradoodle pup 
Milo for a nail trim. This was his first time in a groomers and we didn’t know how he would be. However, we needn’t have worried. William was fantastic with him. Spent time playing with him and getting him used to the grooming tools. This made Milo very calm during the trim.  William even gave him a face trim too. I would thoroughly recommend this excellent service.

Urban Tails Dog Grooming is a great place to go. Will is always lovely with my two small nervous dogs and they come back from him looking gorgeous. He is always accommodating and obliging and keeps me updated for pick up times etc. which is helpful so I don't have to wait around unnecessarily. I highly recommend him!

It’s always a great experience for my border collie, Jinx, when I take him for his bi annual haircut. He is well looked after and gets five star treatment. He comes out looking smart and well groomed, I’d recommend Urban Tails to anyone who has a dog that needs regular grooming. It’s a highly professional business and my dog loves the pampering.

Lovely guys and really great with my dog who doesn’t like her paws being touched (she went in for a claw clip) and also my 15 week old puppy who also had his first claw clip. I’ll definitely be going there for all future claw clips. 

Honey is a nervous wee cocker, Will takes time and care to allow her to settle. She always returns happy, groomed beautifully and smelling gorgeous. I would  not take her anywhere else, Will is a lovely gent so easy to get on with, very professional and very good at his job.

We absolutely love Will. He is so patient and kind with our wee dogs. He sets very high standards for cleanliness and making sure the shop is quiet and calm. He's given us great advice on dog skin care and health. The dogs look, and smell, absolutely gorgeous too. Thanks Will!

I have been taking my dog to Will since he was a puppy. Alfie is very anxious when he arrives but Will is very patient and calming with him, adjusting his grooming skills to make the experience easier for the dog. He allows time for the dog to settle in a safe and clean environment and I am always happy with the grooming.

Been using Will at Urban Tail’s for a few years now. My three beloved little Yorkshire terriers go every 6-8 weeks. Not only is the cut fabulous, I know he adores my boys as much as I do. Absolutely amazing. Willow loves her time with will. She walk in no problem. Gets a bit shaky if i stay talking to long(happens ofter). When i pick her up she walks about salon like she owns the place looking beautiful evrytime. We have been coming to urban tails and even our neighbours think that wull gets her cut perfect every time summer or winter.
