2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee, which is typically a cost of the treatment.
3. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you may be charged the full treatment fee.
4. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can happen. If you must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
5. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so within the cancellation notice period to avoid any fees.

Cannot speak highly enough of Jan's care and expertise., with both acupuncture, and massage. Relief in my lower back, which is a chronic condition, is wonderful. So grateful.
