Patrick Miller

Sam Howard is an excellent trainer at Our Temple Fitness. He works with a plan specialized for my needs being a person with a former back injury from my high school days and is careful that I won't get injured. I have lost 11 pounds so far and kept the weight off. And I have gotten visibly stronger and am putting on muscle. SAM is also very helpful with nutrition prep meals and knows what to do.

I love training with Sam at Our Temple Fitness. I was hesitant to try personal training but Sam makes you feel so comfortable. He tailors the program to your needs. I would not push myself as hard as I do on my own. I would 100% recommend Our Temple Fitness!
