Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of the service cost before rebooking; this deposit will be credited toward the next appointment. Nai1s_by_britt reserves the right to refuse service to clients who demonstrate a pattern of cancellations or no-shows.
