**Policy and Terms for Nai1s_by_britt**

By scheduling an appointment with Nai1s_by_britt, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of the service cost before rebooking; this deposit will be credited toward the next appointment. Nai1s_by_britt reserves the right to refuse service to clients who demonstrate a pattern of cancellations or no-shows. All services are subject to availability, and timely arrival is encouraged to ensure an optimal experience. By confirming your appointment, you accept these terms in full.
