**Policy and Terms for Nai1s_by_britt**

By scheduling an appointment with Nai1s_by_britt, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of the service cost before rebooking; this deposit will be credited toward the next appointment. Nai1s_by_britt reserves the right to refuse service to clients who demonstrate a pattern of cancellations or no-shows. All services are subject to availability, and timely arrival is encouraged to ensure an optimal experience. By confirming your appointment, you accept these terms in full. I had such a great experience with nails by Britt! I got a hard gel manicure so impressed how they turned out. The finish is super smooth and glossy and the detailing was amazing. Nails by Britt was friendly, she was professional, and made us feel really comfortable the whole time.. you can definitely tell she cares about her work and making sure her customers leave happy.. I’ll definitely be coming back— highly recommend to anyone looking for quality nails that last and look beautiful.
