Policy and Terms

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance using the provided link, your deposit will be automatically applied to your new booking. Please note that same-day cancellations will incur a 25% cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule multiple times on short notice, you may risk losing your deposit or incurring additional fees.
