Please note- due to it being the busiest period of the year, no shows or same day cancellations in December will require the remaining balance to be paid before another appointment is booked. 

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance using the provided link, your deposit will be automatically applied to your new booking.

Please note that same-day cancellations will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

If you need to reschedule multiple times on short notice, you may risk losing your deposit or incurring additional fees. Thank you for your understanding!
