Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred provided you rebook via the rescheduling link on the same day as cancelling, with at least 72 hours’ notice. If a new appointment isn’t booked that day, a new deposit will be required.

For appointments 4 hours+ or masterclasses a weeks notice is required to cancel and carry the deposit over. 

Please note that same-day cancellations will incur a 25% cancellation fee (50% total). 
For lamination / lash lifts / wax and tint 100% of the appointment fee. 

If you need to reschedule multiple times on short notice, you may risk losing your deposit or incurring additional fees. Thank you for your understanding!

It was first experience with microblading and the final result looks so natural. Leah was friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She kept checking in on how I was feeling during the appointment which I really appreciated. It made the whole process feel relaxed and reassuring.
