“I paid £35 to have a full groom and then was charged an extra £35 when I picked her up as she needed deshedding (which I told them when I booked her in) and was hardwork. Don’t get me wrong they did a great job but £70 is a lot of money! Especially when we weren’t aware until she was picked up.”
