Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Cancellations after 24 hours or no shows are charged for in full, before any further appointments can be booked. Quoted prices are a guide based on a 6-8 week schedule. If your dog is over due a groom, matted or anxious/aggressive extra fees may apply for extra time and products needed. If fleas are found on your dog a £15 charge is added to your bill to cover flea shampoo and extra cleaning products. A timely collection is expected and a late collection fee of £5 per 30 mins over advised collection time will be added.
