Canine Divine Grooming

Booking Fees
A £25 booking fee is required to secure your first booking and is deducted from the final groom price.
Booking Fees are non-refundable where cancellations are made with less than 48 hours' notice. Refunded booking fees are subject to a £2.50 processing fee deduction.
Booking Fees are only required for your first appointment. Once you have attended your first visit, no further booking fees
will be needed.

Payment
Payment is due on collection of the pet and must be made in full before release.
Accepted payment methods include cash and card.

Late Payment
Payments not made when due will be subject to late payment charges of 15%.
Outstanding balances may result in refusal of future bookings.

Cancellation
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the full groom charge.

Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be made with at least 48 hours' notice.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will be treated as a cancellation and charged accordingly.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the full groom charge.
Repeated no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings.

Matting
Severely matted coats will require clipping short to maintain the welfare of the dog.
Additional charges will apply due to increased grooming time and equipment wear.

Fleas
All pets must arrive free from fleas.
If fleas are identified during the groom, an additional cleaning fee may apply or the groom may be stopped.

Health of Your Pet
Pets must be fit and well to be groomed.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop a groom where health concerns are identified.

Behaviour
If a pet displays aggressive or distressed behaviour that poses a risk, the groom may be stopped.
Full or partial charges may apply for work already carried out.

Late Collection
Pets must be collected at the agreed time.
Late collection will incur a charge of £5 per 15 minutes. Continued late collection may result in refusal of future bookings.

Early Drop-Off
Early drop-off is permitted by prior arrangement only.
Unarranged early drop-offs may be refused.

Complaints & Feedback
Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the appointment, including supporting details or
photographs where relevant.
Complaints made via social media or third-party platforms will not be accepted.
All complaints will be reviewed professionally and fairly. Where appropriate, a resolution may be offered at our discretion.

I take my two spaniels to Kelly for ultrasonic teeth cleaning and really can't recommend her highly enough. Despite trying to maintain reasonable dental hygiene at home, they inevitably end up with a build up of plaque and stinky breath. A session each with Kelly gives them sparkly gnashers and fresh breath...  a lifesaver when neither of the dogs have any desire to respect personal space!

Kelly is always wonderful with our two . She cuts Neville our toy poodle and strips Madge our border terrier x they always look so posh and happy when we pick them up xxx definitely would recommend

This mask combines the powerful detoxifying exfoliant that is kaolin with the conditioning goodness of Mango Butter, Chamomile Infusion & Glycerin to create the perfect mud mask for our furry friends.  

Mango butter which is made from the natural oil from mango seeds, acts as an amazing emollient to add slip & glide to the mask whilst offering rejuvenating qualities to the hair & skin. Chamomile is a great source of flavonoids that help add a glossy sheen to the coat.

Finished off with a generous amount of Nourishing Paw Balm massaged into pads. With pet safe ingredients. This balm helps to reduce and prevent drying & cracking paw pads.
