Deposit is paid to secure your appointment, in the case of "no-show" the deposit is non refundable. If there's any doubt about the service provided after the appointment completion the customer needs to communicate this promptly. Every complaint must be verified at the salon and customer needs to be seen in person within a reasonable time frame to verify and rectify the issue raised. If the issue can't be fixed the customer will be entitled to a price reduction, which could be a partial or full refund. Salon can refuse a refund or redo if the customer confirmed they were happy with the service at the time it was completed. Salon is not responsible for any action taken by customer outside the salon after the appointment completion resulting in compromising the service provided.
