Complaints:
If the customer is not happy with the results at the time of the appointment, the  salon is obligated to offer a follow up appointment to rectify and fix the issue if needed within a reasonable time frame. If there's any doubt about the service provided after the appointment completion the customer needs to communicate this promptly. 
Every complaint must be verified at the salon and customer needs to be seen in person within a reasonable time frame to verify and rectify the issue raised. 
If the issue can't be fixed the customer will be entitled to a price reduction, which could be a partial or full refund.
Salon can refuse a refund or redo if the customer confirmed they were happy with the service at the time it was completed. 
Salon is not responsible for any action taken by customer outside the salon after the appointment completion resulting in compromising the service provided.

Wiola goes out of her way giving you the information necessary to understand the treatments she offers. I've been back for my third visit and rebooked for my next. Fantastic results and lovely and friendly staff, highly recommend.

I have very dry, coarse and frizzy hair naturally and wanted a treatment that would make it more manageable. I had the nano keratin treatment and the results were superb. My hair is transformed - It is soft, shiny and sleek.  I cannot recommend it enough. Also Wiola was very approachable and great at communicating, felt very comfortable throughout the treatment.
