• Appointments open 2 months in advance, please select your service and time carefully, as changes may not be permitted after booking.

• Services are held in my private home studio, no children or extra guests allowed.

Cancellations & Reschedules
• Must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Only one reschedule is allowed per booking; additional changes will result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

No-Shows & Tardiness
• No-shows are charged 100% of the service total.
• Arrivals over 10 minutes late may forfeit the appointment with full fees applied.

Provider Cancellations
• In the rare event I need to cancel, you’ll be notified promptly and rebooked as soon as possible.

Refunds
• All deposits are non-refundable. No refunds or service exchanges.
