SERVICE DURATION: 1 hour Brow lamination results last 6–8 weeks with proper aftercare. Client must have sufficient natural brow hair for the service. ⚠️ Important: A completed consent form is required after booking. At the end of your booking, please select “Complete Form” to submit it. 🚫Not a candidate if you have: • Active eczema, dermatitis, acne, open wounds, or inflamed skin in the brow area • Very sparse, weak, or compromised brow hair • Are pregnant or breastfeeding • Are currently using Accutane (or within the past 6 months) • Have received any laser or IPL treatment on the brow area within the past 14 days ⚠️ Pre-Appointment Care: Discontinue retinol/tretinoin, active exfoliants (AHA/BHA/PHA), benzoyl peroxide, and acne treatments on the brow area 7 days prior to service.

Our Brow Lamination Maintenance appointment is perfect for keeping your brows looking fresh in between visits. We recommend booking 3–4 weeks after your lamination. This service is reserved for our existing brow lamination clients only. During your maintenance you will receive the following: • A gentle brow scrub removes dead skin cells and helps the tint or stain to adhere better for longer-lasting results. • Brow Mapping • Tint or stain to re-fresh color and define • Brow Wax • Deep conditioning serum to rehydrate and protect your laminated hair ⚠️Please do not book this service if any of the following apply: • Accutane (current or within the last 6 months) • Physical exfoliants such as AHA/BHA within 7 days prior to appointment. • Chemical peels within 2 weeks • Blood thinners (unless cleared by a doctor)

This service is paid in full at the time of booking. The retainer covers the entire service, and no remaining balance is due. Retainers for these services are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or late cancellations. Facial Wax

This service focuses on facial hair removal from the cheeks downward and does not include eyebrow waxing or shaping. Includes: • Cheeks • Upper lip • Chin • Sideburns (if needed) • Professional skin prep • Precise facial waxing • Tweezing for detailed cleanup (as needed) • Soothing post-wax care to calm the skin For the safety of your skin, please review the following before booking facial waxing: • Avoid chemical exfoliants such as AHA/BHA 7 days prior • Discontinue retinol, tretinoin, adapalene, benzoyl peroxide, and acne treatments 5–7 days prior • Avoid chemical peels 2 weeks prior • Skin must be intact — no sunburn, active breakouts, cuts, or irritation in the area • Facial waxing is not recommended for clients using Accutane or prescription acne medications
