• Appointments open 2 months in advance. Please select your service and time carefully, as changes may not be permitted after booking. • Services are held in my private home studio — no children or extra guests allowed. Add-Ons & Service Changes • Add-ons cannot be removed the day of your appointment. • Any service changes must be requested at least 48 hours prior to confirming your appointment. • If changes are not requested within that timeframe, you will still be charged for the originally booked services. Please be sure of your selections before booking. Consent Forms • All consent forms Must be completed as soon as you book. • Forms must be submitted no later than 72 hours before your appointment. • Failure to complete your form on time will result in cancellation and loss of your retainer. Cancellations & Reschedules • Must be made at least 48 hours in advance. • Only one reschedule is allowed per booking; additional changes will result in cancellation and loss of retainer. No-Shows & Tardiness • No-shows are charged 100% of the service total. • Arrivals over 10 minutes late may forfeit the appointment with full fees applied. Provider Cancellations • In the rare event I need to cancel, you will be notified promptly and rebooked as soon as possible. Refunds • All retainers are non-refundable. • No refunds or service exchanges. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
