Policy and Terms

• Appointments open 2 months in advance, please select your service and time carefully, as changes may not be permitted after booking. • Services are held in my private home studio, no children or extra guests allowed. Cancellations & Reschedules • Must be made at least 48 hours in advance. • Only one reschedule is allowed per booking; additional changes will result in cancellation and loss of deposit. No-Shows & Tardiness • No-shows are charged 100% of the service total. • Arrivals over 10 minutes late may forfeit the appointment with full fees applied. Provider Cancellations • In the rare event I need to cancel, you’ll be notified promptly and rebooked as soon as possible. Refunds • All deposits are non-refundable. No refunds or service exchanges. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

SERVICE DURATION: 1 hour Brow Lamination lasts 6–8 weeks with proper aftercare. You must have medium to full brow hair. Consent form must be completed after booking. Not a candidate if: • Eczema, dermatitis, acne on brow area, open skin, very sparse/weak hairs, pregnant or breastfeeding. • Using Accutane (must be off 6+ months). •DISCONTINUE USE OF RETINOL/TRETINION, ACTIVES, BENZOYL PEROXIDES, OR ANY ACNE RELATED PRODUCTS 7 DAYS PRIOR TO SERVICE

Brow Lami Maintenance: With Tint (3-4 weeks post brow lamination)

Brow lamination maintenance appointment is perfect for my clients who want to keep their brows looking on point in between appointments. I recommend to get your laminations done every 6-8 weeks but what are you to do at the 3-4 week mark when your hair has begun to grow out or your tint has faded? Get a maintenance appointment! During your maintenance you will receive the following: • A gentle brow scrub to remove dead skin cells and keep the skin for tint • A deep conditioning serum to rehydrate and protect your laminated hair • A brow wax • Tint to re- color and define those brows again. Maintenance appointments are recommended 3-4 weeks after your brow laminations.

Brow Tinting

Define and darken your brows with a customized tint. Tinting can dye the brow hair up to 4-6 weeks providing a thicker appearance and stains the skin for 1-2 weeks to give a defined makeup look. Results may vary from person to person based on skin type and activity. This service includes: • Brow exfoliation • Mapping and • Wax clean up.
