Services are held in my Private Home Studio. No children or extra guests are allowed. Appointment Confirmation * Appointments are not automatically confirmed. * Once your appointment is accepted, the address will automatically be sent via Goldie’s text messaging system, your retainer will be charged, and your appointment will be officially scheduled. Service Changes * Changes or removals must be requested at least 48 hours before your appointment. * After 48 hours, you will be responsible for the original services booked. Consent Forms * Required forms must be completed at least 72 hours before your appointment. * Incomplete forms may result in cancellation and loss of your retainer. Rescheduling * You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice, and your retainer will transfer. * Less than 48 hours’ notice or additional rescheduling will require a new retainer. Cancellations & No-Shows * 24 hours or less: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total services booked will be charged. Your retainer will be applied toward the cancellation fee, and any remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. * Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of services booked will be charged. Late Arrivals * A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. * If you are running late, you must communicate with me as soon as possible by text. * Arriving more than 10 minutes late does not guarantee that I will be able to accommodate your appointment. This depends on the remaining appointment time and my schedule. * If I am unable to accommodate you after the 10-minute grace period, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the applicable no-show fee of 100% of services booked will be charged. * Please do not assume that arriving late without communication will be accommodated. Refunds * All retainers are non-refundable. * No refunds or service exchanges. Provider Cancellations * If I need to cancel, you will be notified promptly and given priority to reschedule. By booking with Alluring Glamour, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies. A valid card on file is required for all appointments.
