About

My name is Paige Wise and I am fully qualified and insured to treat sporting and non sporting injury. I have been in the industry for over 12 years. I have experience working from grass roots to elite level sport. My main goal is to maintain your health, promote your recovery and keep you working and training safely and effectively. I have a passion for running, swimming and gymnastics and I am currently training in Pilates (classes coming soon). My opening times vary Tuesday-Saturday. Looking forward to meeting and seeing you all soon. Any questions please ask.
