My name is Paige Wise and I am fully qualified and insured to treat sporting and non sporting injury. I have been in the industry for over 12 years. I have experience working from grass roots to elite level sport. My main goal is to maintain your health, promote your recovery and keep you working and training safely and effectively.  I have a passion for running, swimming and gymnastics and I am currently training in Pilates (classes coming soon). 

My opening times vary Tuesday-Saturday.

When i first visited Paige i had been struggling with a 20 year plus back issue and chronic pain. Paige has helped me regain confidence and optimism in managaing and coping with my back condition through the massage/sports therapy she provides, all within a calm and caring environment. She has helped me to keep mobile and gives me a rest each month.Paiges ability and approach to therapy is outstanding.

Paige gave my fiancé a pregnancy massage today. My partner came home glowing! She was so relaxed and comfortable. I have been reminded several times this morning of how lovely and professional Paige is. Thank you Paige!

Paige is brilliant she really helps sort out those pains that stop you doing the sport you love. She tells you exactly what she’s going to do and why and gives you exercises to take away and help.

Page is warm and friendly, exceptionally good at what she does, and is very much about giving you the information to manage your body as well as possible, and doesn't push you to rebook.  Its very reassuring seeing Paige, and she has helped me hugely after just 2 sessions with severe neck and shoulder problems.  I thoroughly recommend her.

I've been seeing Paige regularly for a few years now and highly recommend her. She's very knowledgeable, has helped with the initial issue I visited for and seems to have a sixth sense for whether I need a full on treatment or if actually something a bit more gentle and relaxing is called for. She's brilliant and I always go away feeling significantly better than when I arrived.
