I started this business when I was 16 years old and the reason I started this business was to motivate and uplift individuals by enhancing their natural beauty, boosting their confidence, and providing an enjoyable, welcoming, and accessible space where clients can feel valued and beautiful.

* A $15 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking & deposits go toward your total service balance.
* Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit.
* Address will be provided a day before the appointment if you don’t receive it please contact me.  
* Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48–72 hours before your appointment & deposits may be transferred one time only when proper notice is given.
* Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit.
* Last-minute cancellations will require a new deposit to rebook.
* Please arrive on time for your appointment & a 10–30 minute grace period is allowed; after that, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
* No-shows will result in loss of deposit & after one no-show, future appointments may require full payment upfront.
* Please arrive with clean lashes free of makeup, oils, or product buildup.
* Fills and touch-ups require at least 40% of the original set remaining & anything less than 40% remaining will be considered a full set and charged accordingly.
* For best retention, fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks.
* Please notify me in advance if bringing a guest to your appointment & a maximum of 2 guests is allowed.
* If you are feeling sick or showing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment.
* If you have concerns about your service, please contact me directly.
* Service pricing may vary depending on length, style, design requests, or add-ons.
* Last-minute changes may increase the final total.
* Price quotes provided at booking are estimates and may be adjusted based on service needs at the appointment.

Thayna is extremely accommodating and considerate of her clients. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment and communicated clearly about the different lash extension styles available. Her lash space is clean and well maintained.
