* A $15 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking & deposits go toward your total service balance. * Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit. * Address will be provided a day before the appointment if you don’t receive it please contact me. * Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48–72 hours before your appointment & deposits may be transferred one time only when proper notice is given. * Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit. * Last-minute cancellations will require a new deposit to rebook. * Please arrive on time for your appointment & a 10–30 minute grace period is allowed; after that, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited. * No-shows will result in loss of deposit & after one no-show, future appointments may require full payment upfront. * Please arrive with clean lashes free of makeup, oils, or product buildup. * Fills and touch-ups require at least 40% of the original set remaining & anything less than 40% remaining will be considered a full set and charged accordingly. * For best retention, fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks. * Please notify me in advance if bringing a guest to your appointment & a maximum of 2 guests is allowed. * If you are feeling sick or showing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. * If you have concerns about your service, please contact me directly. * Service pricing may vary depending on length, style, design requests, or add-ons. * Last-minute changes may increase the final total. * Price quotes provided at booking are estimates and may be adjusted based on service needs at the appointment.
