“First time visiting with shadow who is a pretty big boy and after a bad experience with his last groom he was more than a little nervous but Abbi put both me and shadow at ease. Asked loads of questions about what I wanted and he’s needs (he likes to sit down a lot) Abbi took her time and when I returned shadow looked 100x better and was nice a calm with her. Really happy with his groom and that he used his manners. Will definitely be back ”
