PLEASE READ - all new customers will be asked to sign a paper copy on the day of the groom! Appointments - Make sure you read the descriptions of services to ensure it’s the right option for you! Please note, if you are wanting to book multiple pets for the same day - make sure to select multiple services. 1pet1service. 2pets2services etc! I am no longer accepting new clients for Saturday slots! Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by The Clipping Cave. If you are a new client, a 40% deposit may be required from you once you have booked the appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Less than 24hours notice will result in a 50% charge of your grooming price. NO SHOWS will incur the full charge of your appointment, in order to rebook with me this fee must be paid aswell as an additional deposit cost to secure your booking. Failure to pay the no show charge will result in me no longer accepting custom from you. Breeds - I accept all breeds, shapes & sizes. This includes the gorgeous Xl Bullies. Lateness - A reasonable grace period of 15minutes may be offered where possible, but arriving outside this window may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payments - We accept card & bank transfer. Cash is allowed if you have the correct amount as i do not carry change! Welfare - Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. I have the right to stop grooming your pet if they become stressed, unwell or begin showing aggression. If you believe your pet has incurred an injury due to the grooming process, you must seek veterinary advice within 24hours. I will also require a full veterinary report stating the cause of injury and how it’s specific to the grooming process in order for me to accept any liability or negligence. Additional fees - *Matted pets will incur an additional fee of anywhere between £5-£20 depending on the severity. *Lateness after 5minutes will incur an additional £5. More than 30minutes will incur an additional £30. I am not a daycare and have pets back to back. I am also 1-1 so this isn’t fair to my next clients. *Fleas will incur an additional charge of £18, this covers the cleaning and de-fleaing of the salon plus treatment (flea shampoo only) to both yours & future pets in the salon. I do not knowingly accept pets with fleas. *Challenging or aggressive behaviour can result in an additional charge of £10-20 depending on the difficulty.
