KEY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of terms
By confirming your booking after receiving our terms, you agree to them. Your statutory consumer rights remain protected.

2. Your booking
Our terms cover the customer, property and services agreed at booking. Calendar days include weekends and public holidays.

3. Service scope and limitations
We complete the agreed services with reasonable care and skill. Permanent marks, stains, damage and build-up may not be removable. Ceiling cleaning is spot cleaning only. Carpet stain removal and complete pest elimination cannot be guaranteed.

4. Staff and conduct
Staff must be treated respectfully. We may stop work if abuse, threats or unsafe behaviour occur. Suitable subcontractors may assist with services.

5. Estimates and additional work
All prices are estimates unless a fixed price is expressly agreed in writing. Changes in condition or scope may affect pricing. Additional charges require your approval.

6. Access and preparation
Provide timely access, suitable parking, electricity and hot and cold water. Clear areas for cleaning and disclose hazards. Waiting charges may apply if requirements are unavailable. Heavy furniture and appliances are not moved unless agreed beforehand.

7. Cancellations
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled start incur 50% of the estimated service price, subject to reasonable-loss limits. No cancellation fee applies with at least 48 hours’ notice.

8. Cleaning concerns
Please inspect the work and report concerns within 48 hours, with photographs where possible. Allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and rectify issues. This timeframe does not remove your legal rights. Bond refunds and inspection outcomes are not guaranteed.

9. Damage
Disclose existing damage and fragile fittings before cleaning. Report suspected damage promptly. We are not responsible for pre-existing deterioration but remain responsible for reasonable care and skill.

10. Payments and overdue accounts
Private customers must pay on the day by EFTPOS, Stripe or cash. Approved business invoices are due within five calendar days. Overdue invoices attract a one-off 10% fee, subject to legal and reasonableness requirements. Reasonable, legally recoverable collection costs may also apply.

11. Health and safety
Disclose hazards and keep children and pets clear of work areas. Follow all pest-treatment preparation, re-entry and aftercare instructions. Unsafe work may be declined or stopped.

12. Weather-dependent work
Exterior services may be postponed due to unsuitable weather and rescheduled without a customer cancellation penalty.

13. Photographs
We may take photographs for job records and quality control. Permission will be sought before using property photographs for public marketing.

14. Privacy
Customer information is used to deliver and administer services and shared only where necessary and lawful. We do not sell personal information.

15. Unexpected disruptions
Events outside our reasonable control may cause delays. We will notify you and arrange an alternative or an appropriate refund for services not supplied.

16. Questions and disputes
Contact us promptly so we can investigate concerns and work towards a fair resolution. New Zealand law applies.

Rural property solutions have been fantastic with doing our end of lease clean. They managed to clean the stain off the wall from the previous tenants. Richard has been very pleasant to work with and has delivered exactly what was promised and we are very happy with the work and professionalism throughout. Would highly recommend rural property solutions!

Great service. Efficient, great price and easy to book. Would use again. Thanks!
