NEW BUILD CLEAN

We take your new build from construction finished to hand over show home ready. Our service covers construction dust removal from all surfaces in house kitchens, laundry, bathrooms, cabinetry wardrobes, doors, frames, skirtings, floors window glass, sills and track cleaning including cupboard/draw handles light switches and power point fittings plus detailed tap wear, chrome stainless surfaces buff and polish. All stickers and or protective layering's off whiteware, doors, floors and appliances removed. Add ons available for exterior power washing etc

REAL ESATE PRE-PHOTOS CLEAN

STANDARD EXIT CLEAN

A complete professional exit clean covering the main areas expected when leaving a property. Includes: • Full kitchen clean – benches, sink, splash back, stovetop and cupboard fronts • Oven cleaned • Bathrooms, shower, bath, vanity and toilets cleaned and sanitized • Inside empty cupboards and wardrobes • Skirting boards, doors, door frames, handles and light switches • Dusting and cobweb removal throughout • Window sills and tracks cleaned • Minor marks spot-cleaned from walls • Carpets thoroughly vacuumed • Hard floors vacuumed and mopped • Laundry cleaned • General finishing and presentation throughout Best suited to: Properties that have been regularly cleaned and don't have significant buildup of grease, mould, soap scum, limescale or heavy wall marks.

PREMIUM EXIT CLEAN

Our Premium Exit Clean goes beyond a standard clean and is designed for properties needing a higher level of detail, additional treatment and presentation. Includes everything in our Standard Exit Clean, PLUS: • Full interior window glass clean • Detailed window frames, sills and tracks • Carpet shampoo throughout accessible carpeted areas • Full wall washing where suitable • Additional treatment of built-up grease and grime • Detailed oven and kitchen degreasing • Soap scum and limescale removal • Mould treatment and cleaning where safely removable • Detailed cleaning inside cupboards, drawers and wardrobes • Extra attention to skirting boards, doors, frames, edges and corners • Detailed bathroom and shower treatment • Additional finishing and presentation throughout Best suited to: Properties with heavier buildup, visible wall marks, mould, grease, soap scum
