Hi, I’m Beth a lash & brow specialist and educator with over 7 years of industry experience.

I’m fully qualified and insured to provide all treatments and accredited training courses listed below.

I specialise in high-quality, personalised services and education. Whether you’re booking an appointment or enrolling on a course, my focus is to ensure you leave feeling confident, supported and empowered.

Dates for training courses & treatments are released on the 1st of each month for the following month and are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

The training courses I offer are fully accredited lash and brow training on a 1:1 basis or in small groups (maximum of 3 students) to ensure a focused, personalised learning experience. Every course is fully CPD accredited.

If your preferred date or time isn’t available for training courses or treatments, please join the waitlist or contact me via Instagram, I’ll always do my best to accommodate where possible.

Please take a moment to review the following policies. By proceeding with a booking, you are confirming your agreement. Thank you for your understanding.

Children:
To maintain a safe, calm and professional environment, children may only attend if supervised by another adult. Insurance does not cover unsupervised children in the treatment or waiting area. For training course days, children are not permitted. If you arrive with children you will be turned away and 100% of the treatment/training cost will be deducted from the card saved on your file. 

Deposits:
No deposit is required at the time of booking. However, if you fail to attend your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, a charge of the full amount of the treatment cost will be applied. If this payment cannot be successfully processed when required, you will unfortunately not be permitted to make future bookings. For all training courses, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £100 is required to secure your place. Once your booking has been made, I will contact you to arrange payment of the deposit. 

Rescheduling:
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice without any charge. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the late cancellation policy will apply and the full treatment cost will be charged. Training courses cannot be rescheduled under any circumstances, so please ensure you are fully available for the selected date and time before booking.

Payment:
The remaining balance for appointments is due on the day of your treatment. Card payments incur an additional fee. Bank transfers are not accepted. For training courses, Pay Later options must be selected at the time of booking. If not chosen, the remaining balance is payable 3 days before your training date by cash or card, with a card fee applicable. 

Patch Tests:
Patch tests are strongly recommended 24 to 48 hours prior to treatment for lash glue, lift products, tint, and brow wax, and must be renewed every 6 months. It is the client’s responsibility to arrange this.
By proceeding without a patch test, you accept full responsibility for any reaction. I cannot be held liable for reactions occurring during or after patch testing or treatment.
For training courses, models must also have a patch test prior to the course date. Liability cannot be accepted if this is declined.

Lash Fixes:
Any concerns with your lashes must be reported within 24 hours of your appointment. After this time, adjustments will require a new booking. Your satisfaction is important, so please contact me promptly if needed.

Salon Environment Notice:
Roxy, my miniature dachshund, is occasionally present during treatments. She is super friendly, clean & gentle but if you would prefer a dog-free appointment or have allergies, please let me know in advance. She will not be present during training courses.
