Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show and must be altered or cancelled within 48 hours or your appointment date.However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided within the 48 hour time scale, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. Clients who pay a deposit and do not show up for their appointments will be issued a no show fee which will be the remaining balance of the rest of their grooming price.

I have been bringing my miniature schnauzer here for over 3 years, (after a couple of terrible experiences at other places when he was smaller) They always groom him perfectly, he smells incredible and he loves coming!

Great groomers  very clean and always happy to answer any questions , my dog loves going in for his wash and haircut and always comes out looking lovely , thanks I’ve  recommended you  to all my friends for their dogs

Meri has been here for grooming before and we were really impressed with the service. Just been today for her 1st teeth clean and again I was really impressed with the service and professionalism. Staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. I will definitely be back.
