Emma has been grooming for over 20 year and is city & guilds level 3 qualified in dog grooming, pet first aid, nutrition, Emmi-pet ultrasonic teeth cleaning and handstripping. Paws Truly Grooming Studio

Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show and must be altered or cancelled within 48 hours or your appointment date. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided within the 48 hour time scale, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. Clients who pay a deposit and do not show up for their appointments will be issued a no show fee which will be the remaining balance of the rest of their grooming price.
Please ensure you book the correct service for your grooming appointment, this is time slot based and extra charges could occur. There is an extra £10 charge for matted pets this is to cover costs for extra time for your stylist to remove them. Pets will be shaved we do not de-matt under animal welphare legislation,  pets that have parasites fleas/ticks there is an extra £12 charge, this charge is for us to remove parasites and protect the other dogs in the salon

I'm currently away but my wife Lady today for her 6 weekly groom, my wife is over the moon with the work which has been carried out plus Lady loves going.
Won't be looking for new groomer any time soon.

Louis went into Paws a smelly long haired mess of a dog. He came out looking absolutely lovely with a terrific cut n blow dry smelling great also. You have a great team working at PAWS n i sat in on Louis( lewie) while he got finished off n you could see the staff loved the dogs they worked on. It was great to see n what a hard working lot of employees you have. Thanks again n have A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS. 👍👍

Always a great experience, I have a really nervous Springer Spaniel and a very boisterous GSD, they handle both really well and the dogs always leave well looked after with brilliant grooms. The girls are great, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have a small cocker spaniel Dolly who is quite nervous. She has been to Paws Truly 3 times now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! 

The staff are all so lovely and accommodating. Dolly smells and looks fantastic. Thanks team!

They did a great job on our Penny and although she hates the groomers, they’re very attentive and respectful to the dogs 

Roxy always gets excited when going here, she drags me from the car door to front door of the shop. Always feel good about taking her there and she comes out like a new dog. great staff and so good with her.

Phoebe's first visit for a long haired puppy session. She came out beautifully fluffy, smelling fresh, clean and with the cutest halloween bandana. She was initially a little nervous going in, but came out happy, bouncy and beautiful. Highly recommended, and will be her groomers going forward. Booking her back in, in a few weeks. Thanks, Emma!

Lovely groom for my spaniel - very professional and good value for money

First time long haired dog owner and we struggled with our puppy getting mats and not being able to keep up with them appearing. These ladies helped my sweet baby feel so much better and gave her a much needed reset. Cannot recommend them enough!

They were amazing all the girls are so friendly helpful and put me and my dog at ease and he's just so calm and that's unheard of with my cockapoo he's never been so calm  and happy dropping g and picking him up from them ! They take such good care of Biscuit, a standard poodle, and she always comes out looking like a princess, would not go anywhere else for grooming. The dogs come first.

Always lovely and friendly, my dog comes back nicely groomed and seems to enjoy his experience there. I often see the girls comforting the dogs whilst waiting for them to be collected. Never had any issues and I find the service quick and efficient x

Great service. Our dogs is so comfortable he walks himself in and when possible goes up on the table. Comes home smelling great and looking smart.

My old girl popped in for a teeth cleaning today, she was a little shy being dropped off (it was her first grooming experience) but when i came to pick her up, i seen her totally relaxed and content with the staff and atmosphere. The girls obviously made her feel like she was safe and welcome there 💖


I used to be frightened when I went to my old groomers, but I love coming here. I get to play with other dogs, get kisses and cuddles and mam says I always smell a treat !! See you soon ❣️

I brought Milo for his first Puppy cut. I was nervous about leaving him however I need not have worried. Milo was happy to go and meet everyone. I expected him to be a bit stressed but he was amazingly calm and happily chilled out puppy.
He looks so cute, and I’m sure he is a lot more comfortable. Look forward to returning in a month for his next cut
