Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. We require a £15 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy, and deposits are refundable provided cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation window. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods are cash or card, ir via our booking link, applicable platform fees may apply. Please ensure you book the correct service for your grooming appointment as time slots are allocated accordingly and extra charges could occur — there is an additional £10 charge for matted pets to cover the extra time required, matted pets may be shaved in line with animal welfare legislation rather than de-matted, and pets found to have parasites such as fleas or ticks will incur an extra £12 charge to remove parasites and protect other animals; clients who pay a deposit and do not show may also be charged a no-show fee equal to the remaining balance of their grooming price. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed, and the business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
