Roxy loves to go and see Laura for her beautiful groom .

Great service and great time had by our dog. 🐕 He comes home wagging his tail feeling very happy. Thank you. 😁👍😎

My four boys love going to Lauren, they go for a bath and big tidy up as they’re very mucky pups but they get so much more out of their visits to Lauren. Her knowledge and clear love of dogs shines through and her approach is focused purely on your dog’s wellbeing and making sure they are happy and comfortable. I could go on and on but in short, my boys have a lovely time when they visit Lauren and come out super happy and looking great…..thanks very much 😊

We are so pleased to have found Lauren. Her skills are incredible, from both a grooming point of view and her understanding of our dogs needs. We have 4 ex puppy farm curly coated dogs who have to be groomed for hygiene and comfort. All 4 have had very bad experiences with people so really don't care for being handled. Lauren
ability to read their body language and work within their tolerance level is so worth while and makes it easier to work with them at consent grooming.

The care and caring with the dogs are stunning. I definitely recommend. 😉

Thank you for doing an amazing job with our elderly spaniel!

Lauren is so brilliant , she is patient, understanding and so accommodating . Would definitely recommend

Henry loves Lauren she always does a great job with him ❤️

We always have such a wonderful experience with Pawfect Touch, Pebble can be on the nervous side but he is always made to feel at ease and comes out so happy. The holistic approach is a game changer and he always looks so clean and tidy after! Such a lovely experience. :)

Thanks for looking after my little pooch today . I am and he is very happy x

First visit for my 13 yr old schnauzer- Lauren listened to my needs for him she was so good. Very quick which for him standing is difficult so made life easier for him. Well done !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can’t recommend The Pawfect Touch highly enough! From the moment I booked, Lauren was warm, attentive and clearly puts dog wellbeing first — it’s not just a groom, it’s a calm, dog-led experience that truly respects each pet’s pace and comfort. My dog came home looking beautiful, smelling amazing, and most importantly so happy and relaxed. 🐶💛

Lauren’s gentle, holistic approach makes all the difference.

Lauren is amazing at looking after my dog. Not only does she give great care she also offers helpful advice on all kinds of doggy matters. Would highly recommend! ⭐️

Bella loves going to Lauren, she always comes back smelling lovely and happy. Lauren is lovely and friendly and always has Bella’s best interests at heart, she really cares.

Great first experience for my very nervous spaniel boris today was about bullying a bond with Lauren and taking things slowly at boris's pace, lauren was great with boris she didnt push him she understood him and when boris was returned to me he was relaxed and happy, we will continue visiting Lauren to build boris's confidence and hopefully soon be able to have a full groom.

Lauren was very patient, gentle, professional and knowlegeable with our anxious Cocker Spaniel on his first visit to the groomers. We very much appreciated this.

Happy with Henry's groom again.
Lauren is fab with him 😍

Many thanks. Benji looks lovely and seems very chilled. We'll be back.

Mary and Benjix

Nala’s first visit today, I felt comfortable leaving her knowing she was in good hands. Absolutely loved the dog centred approach and that no restraints are used.
Will definitely book another appointment.

My chocolate Labrador loved his first visit to see Lauren and his coat looks so good after his groom 🤩

Very happy with how our 2 cocker spaniels were treated
Great service

As always, Lauren was brilliant with Luna, a princess of a greyhound who can be difficult. She kept Luna calm throughout to the point Luna went into full recline! Thank you, Lauren.

Excellent service, would recommend. Takes great care of your pets

Lauren was so understanding with our worries about Bonny. She made us feel really confident, Bonny would be safe hands, and true to her word Bonny was fine and came out looking very smart with her new hair cut. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, great with my little Tilly and very kind and understanding of Tilly’s needs.😊

Willow is a funny little lady she always loves to come to the groomers hates being left but gets over that fast and feels so much better after a pamper and groom
Feels happy and relaxed
Great services

Lauren knows her customers well. Attention to detail and the dogs comfort and wellbeing is priority. Always at hand for information

Luna Lemmon looks so much better after her visit to your salon.
A great service Thank you.

Calm and professional space. Our pomapoo Chewie is always a little afraid to go and get his hair cut, but Lauren shows such love and patience with him. Lauren is so knowledgeable about her work, and her passion towards dogs really shows. Chewie always comes out bouncy and tall wagging. Not to mention smelling beautiful, which is rare for a dog who likes to roll in everything! The cut Chewie receives is always spot on. Highly reccomend.

What an amazing lady Lauren is. Always does a super job. She knows her stuff couldn’t be happier 😃

My dogs just look so nice and treated very welll in laurens care good advice given, helpfull to, very trusting lady,

Lauren was super patient with our dog who is incredibly nervous being groomed. She read his body language perfectly and went with what he was comfortable with.

Highly recommend Lauren always a perfect trim for our 2 little spaniels. ❤️

Lauren made us feel very much at ease when she took our Baxter, a border collie 19 months and our Ruby a springer spaniel 10 months, into her care. Both were wagging their tails on collection and looked and smelt divine. So pleased we've found a lovely place for our dog's and Lauren is so genuine and kind. Thanks again Lauren. Brilliant 🐕🐕‍🦺 xx

Mabel had her first groom with Lauren today, really pleased with the results. Thank you

Lauren has been grooming my Springer Spaniel for a while. His grooms have always been outstanding and she always focuses on areas that can be a problem for him.
He's always happy to see her and comes out looking perfect.
Lauren is incredibly helpful when we've needed her and I've now started booking shampoo's in between grooms because she does such a good job.
Very grateful to have found her service so local.

Excellent proffessional and takes great care, Bertie looks so much better after his groom. Thank you. Highly recommend The Pawfect Touch. Very caring.

This was my first ‘do’ at Laurens with the new approach and I loved it! Mummy and Daddy say I look lovely (don’t I always?) so everyone wins! Thank you Lauren! X 🐾

Always does amazing job boys boys

I can’t thank or praise Lauren enough. My 10 year old former sheep dog had his first groom today. Lauren listened to all I had to say about him, handled him with great sensitivity, being led by him. The result, one beautifully groomed and happy dog and one very satisfied owner! Thank you. ❤️

The dogs love her, and Lauren does a perfect job quickly and reasonably.

Lauren is fantastic, Bella loves getting her hair washed, cut and blow dried at Pawfect Touch. Bella always smells amazing and looks gorgeous when Lauren has finished

Always really pleased with my dog’s cut. Lauren is friendly, reliable, professional and good communicator.

Lauren is an excellent groomer. Thoughtful, kind and gentle. My anxious dog loves her.

Lauren always patient and caring with our dogs! Excellent grooming skills

Lauren is great with the dogs - even wriggly ones!

We had our lovely spaniel, Teal, washed and fully groomed by Lauren! A wonderful job as usual - she is so kind, patient and gentle with Teal - she looks so much better without the extra fur!

As a Working Cocker Spaniel I’m a good judge of people. And I love Lauren! Mum and Dad say she grooms me nester than anyone ever has and I love coming to The Pawfect Touch. Don’t take my word for it - book a ‘do’.

Lauren is lovely, kind caring and a very good dog groomer, very professional I would thoroughly recommend taking your dog to her.

Lauren is more than a very good groomer. She is sensitive and responsive to the physical and emotional needs of our dogs.

Lauren grooms my cavapoo and my cavalier king charles spaniel regularly and they always come back looking beautiful. Lauren takes extra special care of my CKCS, who is elderly, always making sure she is happy and comfortable. We thoroughly recommend her.

Brilliant groomer! I am very happy with Lauren’s services. She is friendly, professional and reliable. My dog always looks great after his cut.
