“We are so pleased to have found Lauren. Her skills are incredible, from both a grooming point of view and her understanding of our dogs needs. We have 4 ex puppy farm curly coated dogs who have to be groomed for hygiene and comfort. All 4 have had very bad experiences with people so really don't care for being handled. Lauren ability to read their body language and work within their tolerance level is so worth while and makes it easier to work with them at consent grooming. ”

“Great first experience for my very nervous spaniel boris today was about bullying a bond with Lauren and taking things slowly at boris's pace, lauren was great with boris she didnt push him she understood him and when boris was returned to me he was relaxed and happy, we will continue visiting Lauren to build boris's confidence and hopefully soon be able to have a full groom. ”
