By booking with Nails By Kelendria , you agree to these Policies & Terms. Nails By Kelendria may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Deposit details are attached at the end of the policy 👇🏽 •Bookings are to be confirmed with a non-refundable 50% deposit within an hour of receiving this confirmation, upon cancellation you will not get your deposit back but will instead be allowed to book the next available appointment as per the booking schedule. • You are required to make a booking at least 24hrs prior to your desired date or optionally get express service/ same day appointment @ P100 extra.(subject to availability with all payment done beforehand to confirm appointment • Appointment reschedules should be communicated 24hrs before the set date to enable us to offer other clients your slot well on time • You are required to at least arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time, not earlier than that. 5 minutes grace period will be given, if you are 6-15 minutes late you will be charged a late coming fee of P50, beyond that your appointment will be cancelled altogether without reimbursement of your deposit fee. We will not be liable for late coming due to traffic/misdirection. An accurate location pin will be sent. • You are not allowed to bring a pet/child/friend. Only one client is allowed in per appointment.
