Late fee

A late fee applies if you arrive 5-15mins after your scheduled appointment time. Beyond 15 mins your appointment will be cancelled without reimbursement of your deposit fee. Please arrive on time to avoid inconveniences.

Same day appointment fee

applies to all bookings made for the same day as the appointment. It covers short-notice scheduling and last-minute slot adjustments. Please note: same-day bookings are only confirmed once both the appointment and this fee are paid.

After hour fee

This fee applies to appointments booked outside of normal appointment hours, before 9am and after 3pm. Please note: 3:00 PM is the last standard appointment slot of the day. Appointments booked after 3:00 PM will automatically require an After Hours Fee, as these bookings extend my working hours beyond normal closing time (5:30 PM). Fee should be fully paid in advance.
