📅 Loc’d Kouture Updated Booking Policy (Effective 11/1/2025) Booking: -All appointments must be booked via the website. No text or phone call bookings will be accepted. No deposit, no appointment. New / Transfer Clients (Updated 7/1/2026): -ALL new and transfer clients are required to complete a consultation BEFORE any service. This requirement applies even if service appointments appear available on the booking calendar. Consultations are scheduled as standalone appointments and are not same-day service appointments. Please do not book a service before completing your consultation. Service appointments booked without first completing the required consultation will be canceled. As a courtesy, I have previously refunded deposits when this policy was not followed. However, because this policy is clearly stated and must be acknowledged before scheduling, deposits will no longer be refunded for appointments in violation of this policy. Please take a moment to read ALL booking policies before scheduling your appointment. Deposits: -Standard services: $20 deposit at the time of booking. -Starter Locs: $50 deposit. -Starter Microlocs: $100 per day deposit. -Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations / No-Shows: -Same-day cancellation fee: $50 -Appointments will be blocked until the fee is paid. -No-shows will no longer be able to book. -If you reschedule using the provided link, your deposit will automatically transfer to the new appointment. Late Fees: -Arriving 15 minutes late will result in a $25 late fee. -Arriving 30 minutes late or more will require rescheduling. VIP & Special Appointments: -Sunday & Monday VIP appointments: $100 (by request, if available). -Before/after hours appointments: $75 (by request, if available). -Squeeze-in appointments: $50 (if available). Guests: No extra guests allowed during appointments. Microloc Transfer Clients: -Now being accepted. -Must book a consultation first. -If accepted as a Loc’d Kouture client, a transfer fee will apply, starting at $250, and will be discussed during the consultation. -Microloc transfer services begin January 2026.
