**Policy and Terms for Off The Hook K-9**

By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of $25 per reserved appointment slot. This fee is applicable to all clients and is non-refundable. If an appointment is canceled same day the client is responsible to pay full appointment charge due to being unable to fill the slot in that period of time. Clients are responsible for ensuring their contact information is current and for confirming appointments. Off The Hook K-9 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with such changes becoming effective upon notice to clients. By continuing to use our services, clients accept these terms. Should any provision of this policy be deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. This policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Off The Hook K-9 operates.

Off the Hook is simply the best. They come to our home, so no traveling. Even better, we can use the time productively at home rather than waiting around for 3 hours. PWD’s can be a tricky cut but they nail it every time!

This was my first time using Off The Hook and it was a great experience! I have a 12 year old Lab with really bad arthritis and breathing issues and Caitlin did such a wonderful job with him.  He looks great and smells fabulous!  We will definitely be using Off The Hook again and will recommend to family and friends!

They give her kisses and know they’re being cared for. Dogs know who has their backs and they aren’t afraid. She is also wealth of dog health knowledge. We all like her very much!

Caitlin did a wonderful job with our  12-year-old cocker spaniel Angus. We are so glad we found her. Angus gets so nervous in the car, so having someone come to our home for grooming was much better. His cut was perfect, and he was smiling as she brought him back to the house. We have already  set up our next appointment for Angus and my mom's dog too!

I love how they groom my Golden Retriever and my Toy Poodle!  Easy to book with them!  Very professional!  Price is good as well, for this convenience!  

Caitlin is the Best! I have a 95 pound Bouvier Des Flanders that is an alpha male! She is kind, gentle and consistent. He hates water but she has him looking forward to her showing up to bathe and groom him. She loves what she does and she is the best! 

Today Caitlin did a great job on our 
13 yr old, 25 lb very difficult to groom dog.  She has great patience.

Excellent first time experience! Our dog can be a little difficult and has some issues with her nails(she hates it) but this seemed to be no problem. I usually don't book anything 3 months ahead but I immediately booked for her next grooming already. We found our groomer in the Villages. And coming to your house to do it is really a treat. 

Came early, did a great job. Looking forward to next appointment. Highly recommend.

Peanut and Rosie just had their nails clipped.  She is so ingenious using a sling to suspend the dogs while doing their nails.  The dogs did great!

Caitlin did a great job trimming my little Ruby's nails.  We are in town for an unexpected extended visit, and Ruby's nails were getting out of control.  Making an appointment was easy, and Caitlin did a wonderful job and treated Ruby with care.  I wouldn't hesitate to call her again for any other grooming needs.

We love Off The Hook! Our dog gets the best cut, here at our home, at a regularly scheduled time. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. 

Caitlin is amazing!  I have a senior dog that other groomers would not take, and Caitlin knew exactly how to handle her.  She seems as knowledgeable as a vet!  And she comes right to your house and her pricing is very fair.  I highly recommend her!

This is the second time Off the Hook K9 has groomed our 2 dogs. 1 ) Toy Poodle, 2) Boycan Spaniel. They do an awesome job. Today was the first day that my Poodle didn't wine and cry when she got bathed  and blow dried. I was taking her to another groomer and without fail my baby would get very nervous and wine and cry before even entering the establishment. I'm very happy with Off the Hook K9.

We’re very happy with how our doodle turned out.  Caitlin asked a lot of questions before starting and made sure she understood exactly what we wanted. Doodle coats can be tricky with the hair texture and knots, but she did a great job!

Tater is my big Ole sheepadoodle. He's a matted mess when he's not groomed. This young lady has away with animals and is very experienced with their cuts and needs. He smells and look so good with his complimentary bow tie. My Tater doesn't give out kisses to just anybody but he sure loaded her up with some. That means alot..

I have 2 ‘fraidy cat Great Danes when it comes to nail trims. Caitlyn and Bert are so patient and good with them and do an excellent job of keeping their nails tidy and as short as possible. She’s great about texting if they’re running late - or early!  I’m so grateful to have found them!

We are always happy with our experiences with Off the Hook K9. Our dog is anxious and difficult, but Caitlin handles her with understanding and compassion. And she manages to get the cut done despite my dog's antics!

This is the 3rd time having Off the Hook trim my dogs nails and it was a great experience again. Caitlin was running early for my appointment and texted me to see if it was ok to come early. She's great with my Oliver who is a Chihuahua and doesn't really like getting his nails done, but Caitlin put him in a sling and he just hangs out while she does her job. I highly recommend her and will continue to use her.

Great experience with them. They were great with my GS Max. He had a lot of shedding and I paid for the extra deshedding and it was worth every penny. He looked and smelled great after his wash and dry. Definitely would recommend
