**Policy and Terms for Off The Hook K-9**

By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of $25 per reserved appointment slot. This fee is applicable to all clients and is non-refundable. Clients are responsible for ensuring their contact information is current and for confirming appointments. Off The Hook K-9 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with such changes becoming effective upon notice to clients. By continuing to use our services, clients accept these terms. Should any provision of this policy be deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. This policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Off The Hook K-9 operates.

Caitlin did a great job trimming my little Ruby's nails.  We are in town for an unexpected extended visit, and Ruby's nails were getting out of control.  Making an appointment was easy, and Caitlin did a wonderful job and treated Ruby with care.  I wouldn't hesitate to call her again for any other grooming needs.

We love Off The Hook! Our dog gets the best cut, here at our home, at a regularly scheduled time. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. 

Caitlin is amazing!  I have a senior dog that other groomers would not take, and Caitlin knew exactly how to handle her.  She seems as knowledgeable as a vet!  And she comes right to your house and her pricing is very fair.  I highly recommend her!

This is the second time Off the Hook K9 has groomed our 2 dogs. 1 ) Toy Poodle, 2) Boycan Spaniel. They do an awesome job. Today was the first day that my Poodle didn't wine and cry when she got bathed  and blow dried. I was taking her to another groomer and without fail my baby would get very nervous and wine and cry before even entering the establishment. I'm very happy with Off the Hook K9.

Caitlin came right to my home and was great with my dogs. One of my dogs has always been an issue getting her nails done getting groomed and she was able to work with her get her nails cut. Highly recommend her as groomer

We’re very happy with how our doodle turned out.  Caitlin asked a lot of questions before starting and made sure she understood exactly what we wanted. Doodle coats can be tricky with the hair texture and knots, but she did a great job!

Did a great job with our girl.  Very attentive to what type of grooming we were interested in and delivered a great grooming service.  Would highly recommend.  Also Caitlyn made notes on what type of grooming blades to use for the next appointment.

Tater is my big Ole sheepadoodle. He's a matted mess when he's not groomed. This young lady has away with animals and is very experienced with their cuts and needs. He smells and look so good with his complimentary bow tie. My Tater doesn't give out kisses to just anybody but he sure loaded her up with some. That means alot..

I have 2 ‘fraidy cat Great Danes when it comes to nail trims. Caitlyn and Bert are so patient and good with them and do an excellent job of keeping their nails tidy and as short as possible. She’s great about texting if they’re running late - or early!  I’m so grateful to have found them!

We are always happy with our experiences with Off the Hook K9. Our dog is anxious and difficult, but Caitlin handles her with understanding and compassion. And she manages to get the cut done despite my dog's antics!

Great experience with them. They were great with my GS Max. He had a lot of shedding and I paid for the extra deshedding and it was worth every penny. He looked and smelled great after his wash and dry. Definitely would recommend 

This was our first time with having someone come to our home  our Great Danes.  They were nervous at first but Caitlyn was so patient and calm with them! She helped them feel more at ease and did a fantastic job getting their nails trimmed much better than any place we’ve taken them ever has.  Fabulous experience!
