Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of $25 per reserved appointment slot. This fee is applicable to all clients and is non-refundable. Clients are responsible for ensuring their contact information is current and for confirming appointments. Off The Hook K-9 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with such changes becoming effective upon notice to clients. By continuing to use our services, clients accept these terms. Should any provision of this policy be deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
