✨ Booking & Cancellation Policy – _nailssbyshy

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. This deposit will go toward your total service.

Rescheduling:
Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours notice, and your deposit will transfer to the new appointment.

Cancellations:
    •    Deposits are non-refundable
    •    If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit is forfeited

No Shows / Repeated Cancellations:
    •    No-shows will require a new deposit to rebook
    •    Clients who cancel last minute or reschedule more than once may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments and the deposit is nonrefundable/transferable.

If you know you are going to be late to your appointment, even if it is 5 minutes please communicate that. Anything after 10 minutes will result in a $10 late fee. Please be mindful of my other appointments. 

I understand that things come up, and I always try to be as understanding as possible 🤍
However, last-minute changes and no-shows impact my time and other clients.

Shyann was AMAZING.  The communication prior to the appointment was excellent. Her nail space is cute and comfortable. She’s so easy to talk to. It felt like we’d known each other forever. This is my first time getting Gel x so she explained everything to me and is so knowledgeable and informed. She wasn’t sure if she could achieve the inspo pic but she 100% surpassed my expectations. They’re perfect! 

Shy is always so nice and accommodating. She always gives me exactly what I am looking for and does what’s best for the health of my nails.
