✨ Booking & Cancellation Policy – _nailssbyshy A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. This deposit will go toward your total service. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours notice, and your deposit will transfer to the new appointment. Cancellations:     •    Deposits are non-refundable     •    If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit is forfeited No Shows / Repeated Cancellations:     •    No-shows will require a new deposit to rebook     •    Clients who cancel last minute or reschedule more than once may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments and the deposit is nonrefundable/transferable. If you know you are going to be late to your appointment, even if it is 5 minutes please communicate that. Anything after 10 minutes will result in a $10 late fee. Please be mindful of my other appointments. I understand that things come up, and I always try to be as understanding as possible 🤍 However, last-minute changes and no-shows impact my time and other clients.
