All appointments at Nails by Irasema are valued, and clients are asked to respect scheduled times. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within a reasonable timeframe to allow appointment availability for others. A 10-minute grace period applies; arrivals beyond this will result in automatic cancellation and classification as a no-show, incurring a rescheduling fee. Children are strictly prohibited from handling any nail products due to safety concerns. Clients experiencing health issues must inform Irasema prior to appointments; contagious conditions require rescheduling. Confirmation texts and reminders will be sent—clients must monitor communications. Failure to respond or communicate may lead to appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Irasema reserves the right to enforce these policies to ensure quality service and safety.
