Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within a reasonable timeframe to allow appointment availability for others. A 10-minute grace period applies; arrivals beyond this will result in automatic cancellation and classification as a no-show, incurring a rescheduling fee. Children are strictly prohibited from handling any nail products due to safety concerns. Clients experiencing health issues must inform Irasema prior to appointments; contagious conditions require rescheduling. Confirmation texts and reminders will be sent—clients must monitor communications. Failure to respond or communicate may lead to appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
