MSC Esthetics – Online Booking Policy & Terms At MSC Esthetics, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, please read our booking terms carefully before confirming your appointment. Reservation Fee 📍 To secure your appointment, we may require a non-refundable reservation fee of €10–€50, depending on the day, time, and service booked. • If a reservation fee is required, you will be informed at the time of booking. • The fee must be paid in advance to confirm your appointment. 🔹The reservation fee will be deducted from your final service cost – when you attend your appointment, you will simply pay the remaining balance.🔹 Rescheduling & Cancellations • You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to reschedule or cancel. • With 24+ hours’ notice, your reservation fee can be transferred to a new appointment date. • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the reservation fee will be retained as a cancellation fee. Booking Process • Online Booking: Appointments can be booked through our website or app. By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. • Confirmation: Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your appointment details. • Changes to Bookings: Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for any changes.
